Recipe Ingredients for Celery Juice Recipe

When it comes to the ingredients for Celery Juice Recipe, simplicity is key. With just one main ingredient—celery—you’re already on your way to creating a nutritious beverage. The magic of this recipe lies in the fresh, crisp flavor of the celery, which is not only refreshing but incredibly hydrating.
- 1 bunch organic celery: The star of the show! Choose fresh, vibrant stalks for the best flavor and nutrients.
How to Cook Celery Juice Recipe

Making Celery Juice Recipe is as straightforward as it gets! Follow these simple steps, and soon you’ll be enjoying a glass of refreshing juice.
- Start by separating and washing the celery stalks thoroughly to remove any dirt or debris. This is crucial for ensuring your juice is clean and fresh.
- Shake off any extra water and then cut the leaves off the top of the stalks. Most of the bitterness comes from the leaves, so it’s best to avoid them.
- Next, roughly chop the celery into manageable pieces. If you have a high-powered blender like a Vitamix or BlendTech, you can cut the celery into larger segments; otherwise, chop them smaller to ensure everything blends well.
- Place the chopped celery in the blender, making sure the lid is on tight. Blend on high until the celery transforms into a smooth mush. The texture should be creamy without any chunks.
- After blending, place a mesh strainer over a glass. Pour the celery pulp into the strainer and allow the juice to separate down below. This might take a minute or two, so be patient.
- As the juice starts to slow, use your hand or a spoon to press the celery pulp, squeezing out every last bit of juice. Discard the leftover pulp, and you’re left with pure celery juice!
