Ingredients

  • 3 ears Corn on the cob
  • 2 teaspoons Melted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea salt flakes
  • ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method

  1. Prepare the corn ears by trimming the ends and removing any husk attached, then place in the Air Fryer basket.
  2. You can either spray with oil or not. The choice is yours, and you might end up with crispier corn if you do. However, I avoid using too much oil when not needed, so I skip this step.
  3. Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, flipping a few times while cooking. Make sure that you keep checking on the corn so that it does not get burnt.
  4. Once ready and still warm, take the corn ears out of the Air Fryer basket and brush with melted butter. Season with sea salt flakes, ground black pepper, and chopped parsley.

Notes

  • Do not add butter: at this point as it will get burnt.
  • Do not overcrowd: the Air Fryer basket or stack the corn ears on each other. Cook in 2 batches if needed.
