  • 1 pound ground beef 80/20 blend for juiciness
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce Adds depth of flavor

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix gently without overworking.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties with an indent in the center.
  4. Place patties in the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes.
  5. Flip patties and cook for an additional 3 minutes, adding cheese if desired.
  6. Remove patties and assemble your burgers with toppings of choice.
