Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix gently without overworking.
- Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties with an indent in the center.
- Place patties in the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes.
- Flip patties and cook for an additional 3 minutes, adding cheese if desired.
- Remove patties and assemble your burgers with toppings of choice.
