Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium-sized Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt

Method
 

  1. Using a mandolin slicer, slice the sweet potatoes into very thin slices.
  2. Soak the slices in cold water for 20 minutes to remove the additional starch from the potatoes.
  3. Remove them from the water and pat dry with a paper towel.
  4. Toss the air fryer slices in the olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Lay the slices in an even layer in the air fryer.
  6. Cook at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and repeat until all of the sweet potato slices are used.

Notes

  • Storage: Store leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. They’re best enjoyed fresh!
  • Freezing: While best fresh, you can freeze raw chips for future cooking, just remember to thaw before air frying.
