In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the steak. Marinate the steak in the marinade for at least two hours, tossing to coat.
Thread the marinated steak onto skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them for at least thirty minutes to prevent burning.
Preheat the grill to medium heat and lightly coat the grill grates with oil.
Place the skewers on the grill, cover, and cook until the beef reaches your desired doneness, turning occasionally. Alternatively, broil about four inches from heat for six to nine minutes.
Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
