Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup nonfat yogurt
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill (or 1 tablespoon dried)
  • ¼ cup capers , drained
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus

Method
 

  1. To make the sauce, in a medium bowl mix all ingredients except asparagus. Chill for at least 1 hour.
