  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ¾ cup Buffalo sauce divided
  • crumbled blue cheese for topping
  • chopped green onion for garnish
  • ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving

  1. Heat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Combine onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper in a small dish.
  3. Rub the spice mixture and olive oil over the chicken breasts.
  4. Brush one side of the chicken with Buffalo sauce.
  5. Place the chicken on the grill. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes.
  6. Flip the chicken and grill for another 6 to 8 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. After grilling, add more Buffalo sauce onto the cooked chicken.
  8. Let the chicken rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
  9. Slice and serve topped with crumbled blue cheese, chopped green onion, and a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
