Heat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit).
Combine onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper in a small dish.
Rub the spice mixture and olive oil over the chicken breasts.
Brush one side of the chicken with Buffalo sauce.
Place the chicken on the grill. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes.
Flip the chicken and grill for another 6 to 8 minutes until fully cooked.
After grilling, add more Buffalo sauce onto the cooked chicken.
Let the chicken rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
Slice and serve topped with crumbled blue cheese, chopped green onion, and a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
