Method
- Heat oven to 350°F. Place cream cheese into a deep baking dish. Spread over the bottom of the dish.
- Mix blue cheese salad dressing, hot sauce, and blue cheese. Stir in chicken. Put the mixture on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is heated through. Garnish as desired (I topped with slices of red bell pepper). Serve with crackers, chips, and/or celery sticks.
Notes
- Tip 1: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
- Tip 2: You can freeze the dip before baking. Just assemble it and cover it tightly. When ready to eat, thaw in the refrigerator overnight and bake as directed.
- Tip 3: This dip pairs wonderfully with fresh veggies, crispy tortilla chips, or even as a spread on toasted baguette slices.
- Tip 4: For a twist, try adding chopped jalapeños or using a different variety of hot sauce for different heat levels.
- Tip 5: Consider garnishing with fresh cilantro or parsley for a burst of color and freshness.
