Ingredients
  

  • 2 8-inch Flatbreads I use naan.
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing Plus more for drizzle.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded chicken I used rotisserie.
  • ¼ cup Blue cheese crumbles
  • ¼ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Oven
  • Chef's Knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425˚F.
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet, and spread the ranch over each one. Sprinkle evenly with cheddar cheese.
  3. Top each pizza with shredded chicken then add the blue cheese crumbles. Drizzle on buffalo sauce on top.
  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes on the middle rack. Once the cheese is melted and the outer edges of the crust is crispy, remove and garnish with chopped green onions and additional ranch dressing drizzle.
  5. Cut into 3 to 4 slices and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Ranch dressing: Can substitute blue cheese dressing.
  • Cheddar: Mozzarella can be swapped in.
  • Green onions: Thinly sliced red onion will work, too.
