Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • 9 oz Private Selection Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
  • 2 cups shredded Kroger Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Kroger Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, place the shredded chicken.
  3. In a smaller bowl, combine the melted butter and Frank's Red Hot Sauce.
  4. Pour the spicy sauce mixture over the shredded chicken and stir until the chicken is completely coated.
  5. Set the coated chicken aside while you prepare the chips.
  6. Spread the blue corn tortilla chips evenly across the baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded Monterey Jack cheese generously over the chips.
  8. Place the pan in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  9. Once the cheese has melted, remove the pan from the oven.
  10. Top the nachos with your prepared Buffalo chicken.
  11. Drizzle the nachos with the blue cheese dressing and sprinkle on the diced celery and crumbled blue cheese.
  12. Serve immediately!
