Method
- Preheat your oven to 400ยบ F.
- Set a medium skillet over medium heat. Add butter to the skillet and melt.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and arrange the radishes cut side down in the skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place into the preheated oven and roast until fork tender, but crispy on the outside, about 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve.
Notes
- Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
- Freezing: While I recommend enjoying them fresh, you can freeze roasted radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Once frozen, transfer to a freezer bag for up to a month.
- Pairing: These roasted radishes pair beautifully with grilled chicken, fish, or even alongside a hearty salad.
- Variations: For a twist, add herbs like rosemary or thyme before roasting, or sprinkle with cheese after cooking for extra flavor.
