  • 1 cup Brown rice, raw
  • 1 cup Corn, frozen

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Heat coconut oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Allow the oil to warm up, which will help in sautéing the other ingredients.
  2. Step 2: Mince the garlic and dice the onion and bell pepper. Once the oil is hot, add these chopped veggies to the skillet. Cook them for about 3 to 4 minutes until they become soft and fragrant.
