Ingredients

  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing plus more for drizzling
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup Croutons lightly crushed
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Equipment

  • COOKLOVER Nonstick Saute Pan Induction Skillet with lid 9.5 inch – Black

Method

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let it cool slightly, then slice into small pieces.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave briefly to make them pliable.
  3. Spread a layer of Caesar dressing over each tortilla. Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and add the crushed croutons for crunch.
  4. Carefully roll each tortilla, tucking in the sides to form a wrap. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve with lemon wedges and extra Caesar dressing on the side.

Notes

  • Chicken Prep: Cook chicken until it’s golden on the outside and no longer pink inside. Let it rest before slicing for juicier meat.
  • Tortilla Tip: Warm tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll without tearing.
  • Dressing Choice: Use your favorite Caesar dressing, or try a homemade version for extra flavor.
  • Veggie Variation: Feel free to add other veggies like sliced cucumbers or bell peppers for extra crunch.
  • Storage: Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge, wrapped tightly, for up to 2 days.
