Preheat your oven to 400˚F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, feta cheese, chopped green onion, garlic, and 1 teaspoon of Greek seasoning. Mix everything together until well combined.
Take the remaining Greek seasoning and season both sides of the boneless, skinless chicken breasts generously.
In a 2-quart baking dish, lay the seasoned chicken breasts flat.
Spoon the tomato mixture evenly over the top of the chicken.
Cover the baking dish with foil.
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, carefully remove the foil.
Continue to bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F.
Once fully cooked, remove the baking dish from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
