Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups queso melted cheese sauce
  • 1 10-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • salsa to taste
  • jalapeno slices optional topping
  • sour cream optional topping
  • avocado slices optional topping
  • pico de gallo optional topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
  2. Layer 1/2 of the tortilla chips, chicken, queso, and black beans in a large skillet or on a large oven-safe platter. Top with remaining chips, chicken, queso, and black beans.
  3. Place in oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and top with salsa and preferred toppings.
