Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt non-fat, drained if there's any liquid
  • 8 ounces Grilled Chicken Breast sliced (about 2 cups)
  • 0.5 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 0.75 cup Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 large Egg
  • Sesame Seeds

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk them together well until evenly blended.
  2. Add in 1 cup of Greek yogurt. Use a fork to mix until it forms small crumbles.
  3. Lightly dust a clean work surface with flour. Transfer the dough from the bowl onto the floured surface. Knead the dough a few times until it feels smooth.
  4. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with a silicone mat to prevent sticking while baking.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal balls, each about 3-3/8 ounces.
  6. On the floured surface, use a rolling pin to roll each ball out into thin rounds, approximately 7 inches in diameter.
  7. Spread 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce down the center of each circle.
  8. Top the sauce with 1/2 cup of sliced grilled chicken, followed by an additional tablespoon of marinara sauce and 3 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese.
  9. Fold the right side of the dough over the filling, then repeat with the left side, sealing in all that deliciousness.
  10. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a beautiful golden finish.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 20 minutes.
  12. Once they’re done, serve the rolls hot and enjoy the delightful flavors of Chicken Parmesan Rolls.
