Add in 1 cup of Greek yogurt. Use a fork to mix until it forms small crumbles.
Lightly dust a clean work surface with flour. Transfer the dough from the bowl onto the floured surface. Knead the dough a few times until it feels smooth.
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with a silicone mat to prevent sticking while baking.
Divide the dough into 4 equal balls, each about 3-3/8 ounces.
On the floured surface, use a rolling pin to roll each ball out into thin rounds, approximately 7 inches in diameter.
Spread 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce down the center of each circle.
Top the sauce with 1/2 cup of sliced grilled chicken, followed by an additional tablespoon of marinara sauce and 3 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese.
