Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts cooked
  • 2 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Stone House Seasoning
  • 8 slices sandwich bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 slices bacon cooked
  • 1 piece avocado sliced
  • 1 piece tomato sliced

Method
 

  1. Mix together chicken, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Stone House Seasoning in a medium bowl until well-combined.
  2. Divide chicken salad mixture onto 4 slices of bread. Top with any optional toppings. Top with a second piece of bread.
  3. Melt butter in skillet and toast sandwich on one side, flip and then toast the other side. Serve warm.
