  • 1 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 handful mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 380 F. Grease a one-cup ramekin or oven-safe bowl.
  2. Combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and salt in a mixing bowl.

  4. Incorporate oil and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the greased ramekin and spread evenly.
