Line a rimmed baking tray with baking paper / parchment paper.
Spread the popped popcorn over the lined baking sheet.
Melt the white chocolate, I do this in the microwave. I microwave the white chocolate in a microwave proof bowl on high power for 30 second bursts, stirring between each burst until melted.
Drizzle the chocolate over the popcorn
Sprinkle the chopped pistachios, crumbled freeze-dried raspberries, and dried cranberries over the white chocolate drizzled popcorn. Leave the popcorn to rest until the white chocolate has cooled and hardened.
Break up the popcorn into bite-sized pieces, transfer into a serving bowl, or store in an airtight container until you are ready to serve your Christmas Popcorn.
