Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • ½ small sweet onion grated
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (low fat is fine)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 6 ounces chili sauce
  • 1 6-ounce can crabmeat drained and flaked apart
  • freshly chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to combine the cream cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on a serving platter to create a nice base.
  3. Spread the chili sauce evenly on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the crabmeat over the chili sauce evenly.
  5. Finish with a sprinkle of parsley over the top.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours.
  7. Serve with crackers and cucumber slices.
