Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 unit Yellow Onion
  • 1 unit Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 unit Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 14-ounce can Black Beans
  • 1/2 cup Quinoa
  • 1 14-ounce can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 14-ounce can Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 3 cups Vegetable Broth

Method
