Ingredients
  

  • 1 Hothouse or English cucumber Crisp and refreshing, providing the base for the bites.
  • 4 ounces cream cheese Softened to create a creamy filling.
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream Adds a tangy flavor to enhance the creaminess.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill Provides a fresh, aromatic flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder Enhances the depth of flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt Essential for flavor balance.

Method
 

  1. Peel cucumber leaving some skin on for color. Slice into 1/4 inch slices.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients, adding more salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spoon into a small ziploc bag. Snip the corner off with scissors. Pipe a very small amount on top of each slice. Sprinkle with tomatoes and feta if using.
  4. Chill until serving.
