Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the bread. Make sure to cover every inch to keep the bread moist and flavorful.
Generously top the sauce with Shredded Mozzarella cheese. The more cheese, the better—this will melt and create a beautiful layer.
Add your favorite pizza toppings. Be creative! If you’re going traditional, think pepperoni, mushrooms, or bell peppers. Josh used caramelized onions and roasted red peppers, which gives a wonderful flavor.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Then slice into pieces or serve as is. You can even cut the French bread into quarters for a fun sharing experience.
