Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream or non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • ΒΌ cup White Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 pounds Seedless Red Grapes
  • 2 pounds Seedless Green Grapes
  • 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Chopped Pecans

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, white sugar, and vanilla extract until blended.
  2. Add seedless red grapes and seedless green grapes and toss to coat.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
  5. Sprinkle with brown sugar blend and chopped pecans just before serving.

Notes

  • Full Fat Recommendation: We recommend using the full fat versions of cream cheese and sour cream for a creamier dressing.
  • Dry Grapes: Make sure the grapes are dry after rinsing them to avoid a watery dressing.
  • Grape Amount: There is about 2 1/2 cups in a pound of grapes.
  • Kid Safety: Feel free to cut the grapes in half if you have young kids.
