Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder I use Cytosport protein powder from Costco in the black bag.
  • 1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons struvia sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter I use Adams.
  • 1 scoop ice
  • splash unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Equipment

  • Chef's Knife
  • Blender

Method

  1. Measure 1 cup of fat free cottage cheese and add it to your high-powered blender. This will act as the base of your shake, providing a creamy texture and a boost of protein.
  2. Add 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder. This ingredient will enhance the chocolate flavor while delivering essential proteins to fuel your body.
  3. Next, incorporate 1 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. This will deepen the chocolate taste and make it feel indulgent.
  4. To sweeten your shake, pour in 2 teaspoons of struvia sweetener. Adjust the amount if you prefer it sweeter!
  5. Don’t forget to add 1 teaspoon of vanilla. This will add a lovely aroma and flavor that complements the chocolate.
  6. Now, add 2 tablespoons of all natural peanut butter. This ingredient not only adds flavor but also creaminess and healthy fats.
  7. To create a refreshing texture, throw in a scoop of ice. This will make your shake chilled and delightful.
  8. Finally, splash some unsweetened vanilla almond milk into the blender to help everything blend smoothly and reach your desired consistency.
  9. Now, secure the lid on your blender and blitz everything together until completely smooth. Look for a creamy texture without any lumps.
  10. Once blended, divide the mixture evenly between two glasses. If you like, top with chopped peanuts for an extra crunch!
  11. Enjoy your Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake immediately while it's fresh and cold!
