Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Ripe Bananas mashed (⅔ cup)
  • ¼ cup Pure Maple Syrup (60 ml)
  • cup Unsweetened Almond Butter (160 g)
  • 2 cups Quick Oats (214 g)
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • ¾ cup Fresh Strawberries chopped into small chunks (110 g)
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • tsp Ground Cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the bananas into a large bowl until they're creamy.
  3. Add in the pure maple syrup and almond butter and mix until well-combined.
  4. Add the oats and sea salt to the mixture and stir until everything is well-combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped strawberries to distribute them throughout the dough.
  6. Drop mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and shape them as desired.
  7. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
