Ingredients

  • 13 ounces Oreo Thins (mint flavor)
  • ¼ cup dark green melting wafers
  • ¼ cup light green melting wafers
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Lucky Charms (rainbows and shamrocks)
  • 3 tablespoons gold sugar sprinkles
  • ½ cup mint M&Ms

Equipment

  • Wooden Spoon

Method

  1. Line a 9×13 baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the Oreo Thins in a single layer. Set aside.
  2. In a medium-sized heat-safe bowl, heat the semi-sweet chocolate chips according to package instructions, stirring frequently to prevent seizing.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the Oreos and spread it out smoothly, allowing some Oreos to peek through.
  4. In separate bowls, heat the dark green melting wafers and light green melting wafers according to package instructions. Drizzle over the chocolate layer.
  5. Sprinkle gold sugar sprinkles around the green lines for added sparkle.
  6. Use a toothpick to swirl the chocolate and sprinkles together for a decorative effect.
  7. Decorate with Lucky Charms and mint M&Ms, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to harden.
  8. Once hardened, cut into small pieces or break by hand for a rustic look. Serve chilled or at room temperature!
