Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Water
  • 2/3 cups Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Mint leaves
  • 4 cups Cantaloupe

Method
 

  1. Bring 2 cups of water, 2/3 cup of sugar, and 1/4 cup of mint leaves to a simmer in a small saucepan. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Cool and strain.
  2. Combine the mint syrup with 4 cups of chopped cantaloupe in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain through a fine mesh sieve and discard the pulp.
  4. Serve over ice.
