Method
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- With some baking spray, lightly coat a mini muffin tin pan.
- Gently place each wonton wrapper into the muffin tin.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla together.
- Fold in the chopped pecans.
- Fill each wonton wrapper with about 1 rounded teaspoon of the pecan mixture.
- Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
- Once done, remove them from the oven and let sit for 2 minutes.
- Carefully move them to a cooling rack.
