Ingredients
  

  • 15 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. With some baking spray, lightly coat a mini muffin tin pan.
  3. Gently place each wonton wrapper into the muffin tin.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla together.
  5. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  6. Fill each wonton wrapper with about 1 rounded teaspoon of the pecan mixture.
  7. Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
  8. Once done, remove them from the oven and let sit for 2 minutes.
  9. Carefully move them to a cooling rack.
