  • 800 g yogurt
  • 50 g goats
  • 5 g flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 150 g mixed berries
  • blueberries
  • raspberries
  • oats
  • pumpkin seeds

Method
 

  1. In a food processor, grind the oats and flaxseeds until they form a powder. Set this mixture aside.
  2. Then, blend the mixed berries in the food processor until they turn into a smooth paste. If using frozen berries, let them thaw for 10-15 minutes at room temperature or microwave them for about 30 seconds to slightly soften.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, berry paste, and ground oats with the flaxseed powder and honey, and mix until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  4. Divide the yogurt into serving bowls and garnish with blueberries, raspberries, oats, pumpkin seeds, and serve.
