Method
- Combine light brown sugar and water in a small pan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
- Remove pan from the stovetop.
- When the mixture has cooled close to room temperature, add vanilla extract, almond extract, and butter extract. Stir to combine.
- Store syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Pour iced sugar cookie syrup into a glass.
- Add espresso and stir to combine.
- Add ice.
- Add milk and stir to combine.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Top with green and red sprinkles.
