Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place 12 bone-in, skin-on chicken wing portions on the baking sheet.
Season the wings generously with kosher salt and ground black pepper.
Bake the wings for 15 minutes.
While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce by whisking together ¼ cup honey BBQ sauce, ¼ cup sweet chili sauce, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes.
Remove the wings from the oven and brush them with the prepared sauce.
Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove the wings from the oven again and brush them with sauce once more.
Finally, bake for another 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
